Additional Charges (other than product price)
Bank transfer fees are to be borne by the customer. Consumption tax is included in all displayed product prices (tax-inclusive price).
Order Validity Period
Please make your payment within 7 days of placing your order. If payment is not confirmed within 7 days, your order will be considered canceled.
Delivery Time
For products in stock, they will be shipped within 2 to 7 business days after the order is placed (for personalized items, within 1 to 2 weeks). For products with delayed shipping, we will notify you of the delivery schedule via email. For bank transfers, the product will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
Returns and Defective Products
Return Period and Conditions Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product's arrival. Please note that requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period. For returns, please contact us by email in advance. Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return. Additionally, we do not accept returns for products that have been personalized (e.g., with name engraving).
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to customer preference, the customer will bear the shipping costs. However, for exchanges due to defective products or incorrect deliveries, we will cover the shipping costs.
Defective Products
If the product is defective due to manufacturing or shipping issues, we will promptly replace it. If the product is out of stock, we will either exchange it for an equivalent product or cancel the order upon notification.
