Return Period and Conditions

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of arrival. Please note that requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period. For returns, please contact us by email in advance. Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products. Additionally, we do not accept returns for personalized items (e.g., items with name engraving).

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to the customer’s preference, the customer will bear the shipping costs. However, for exchanges due to defective products or incorrect deliveries, we will cover the shipping costs.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us via email or phone within 7 days of receipt. We will check our stock and exchange the product for a new or equivalent one. Requests for returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after this period. Thank you for your understanding.
